Since 1985, KMBC TV-9 and long-time anchor Larry Moore have been The Dream Factory's media partners in Kansas City. Larry has given unselfishly of his time and talents to help make dreams come true for the seriously ill children in our area. He often describes his involvement as "a labor of love." And his love of our children is evident by the countless hours he spends with the them. He also makes appearances on behalf of The Dream Factory, helps with sponsorships and serves as emcee at many of our events.
KMBC has several years provided coverage and PSA's for our events, especially the annual Celebrity Basketball Game. In addition, each Friday evening during the 5:00 news, KMBC features the story of one of our children. We at The Dream Factory encourage you to tune in and hear the stories of these wonderful kids.
